Pricing and Discounts:
The quoted price per square foot is indicative and may be subject to negotiation. Potential discounts will be considered based on the total square footage of the project area requiring application. Please contact Luxture directly to discuss pricing for your specific quantity requirements.
Scope of Quoted Price:
Unless otherwise specified in a formal quote, the prices provided by Luxture include the cost of the necessary materials and the labour costs associated with the application of the surface coating or texture only.
Client Responsibilities (Site Access & Equipment):
The Client is solely responsible for providing safe and adequate scaffolding, staging, or other necessary access equipment required for the application work at the project site. Luxture reserves the right to delay work or refuse service if safe and appropriate access is not provided by the Client.
Taxes:
All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Applicable GST will be calculated and added to the final invoice as per prevailing government regulations in India.
Exclusions (Surface Preparation):
The quoted price explicitly excludes any costs associated with surface preparation. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, crack repairs, plastering, priming, leveling, or any other work required to make the surface suitable for the application of Luxture products. Surface preparation services, if required, must be arranged and paid for separately by the Client or quoted as a distinct service by Luxture.
