Refund and Returns Policy

General Returns Policy:

Goods once sold shall not be taken back. Luxture Surface Coatings Pvt. Ltd. (“Luxture”) operates under a strict no-return policy. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, quantity ordered surplus to requirements, or dissatisfaction with colour or texture after application. All sales are considered final upon delivery.

Reporting Issues Upon Receipt (Quantity Discrepancies):

Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the materials received immediately upon delivery.

If you believe there is any discrepancy regarding the quantity of material received, you must intimate Luxture within 24 hours after receipt of the material.

Notification must be made by contacting Luxture via email at enquiry@luxture.com or by calling +91 8003197741 within the 24-hour timeframe.

You will be required to provide necessary proof (e.g., clear photos of damage/wrong item/packaging, invoice details, order number) as requested by Luxture to validate your claim.

Failure to report such issues within the specified 24-hour timeframe will result in our liability in respect of the material quantity being ceased.

Resolution for Validated Claims (Quantity Shortfall):

Luxture will investigate timely reported and properly documented claims.

Luxture reserves the right to inspect the goods (which may require the item to be returned at Luxture’s expense and arrangement) to validate the claim.

For validated claims regarding quantity shortfalls, Luxture will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include providing the missing quantity, offering a replacement of the affected product, or issuing a refund for the affected product, at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws. Details of the resolution process (including return shipping if required) will be communicated upon validation of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items (General):

Unless explicitly covered under Section 3 (Validated Claims for Damage, Defect, Incorrect Item, Quantity Shortfall reported within 24 hours), the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used containers of paint, texture, primer, or any other product.
  • Custom-mixed or tinted products.
  • Products marked as ‘Clearance’ or ‘Final Sale’.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, faulty application, or handling after delivery.
