The Flakes Triple Pack System: The Flakes system is comprised of three distinct packs, each playing a crucial role in achieving the desired finish:
- Pack A (Dry Material - Flakes): These are the dry flakes, meticulously crafted from china clay and inorganic pigments. They are dispersed in a pure acrylic medium and enhanced with special additives to ensure quality and durability.
- Pack B (Liquid Material - Flakes Bonding Agent): This liquid component acts as the bonding agent. It's formulated with a pure acrylic co-polymer emulsion, incorporating special fungicides and other carefully selected additives to enhance adhesion and performance.
- Pack C (Liquid Material - Protective Clear Top Coat): This final liquid material serves as a protective clear top coat, crucial for the coating's longevity and appearance. It is a thermoplastic acrylic-based product available in two variants: TC-500 (water-borne) and TC-1000 (solvent-borne).

What is Luxture Flakes?
Luxture Flakes is a multi-colored texture coating for both interiors and exteriors. It comes in a triple pack system:
- Pack A – Dry flakes made from china clay and inorganic pigments in a pure acrylic medium with special additives.
- Pack B – Flakes Bonding Agent made from pure acrylic co-polymer emulsion, fungicides, and other selected additives.
- Pack C – Protective clear top coat (TC-500 water-based or TC-1000 solvent-based).
Where can Flakes be applied?
It can be applied on absorbent substrates like cement plaster, gypsum board, and woodwork. Suitable for both interior and exterior walls, it can even be used on already painted surfaces.

What is the recommended application process?
- Primer: Apply one coat of Flexo-Prime (color matched to flakes).
- Flakes Coat: Mix Pack A (dry flakes) with Pack B (bonding agent) and water, then trowel onto the surface (0.5–1.25 mm thickness) and allow 24 hours to dry.
- Top Coat: Apply TC-500 (water-based) or TC-1000 (solvent-based) in two/three coats for weather resistance.
How much area does it cover?
At 0.8 mm thickness, one unit covers approximately 140–150 sq. ft..
How durable is Luxture Flakes?
With the proper top coat, it offers high tolerance against weather, and physical wear, making it suitable for long-term use.

- Substrate temperature: 10°C to 40°C
