What is Luxture Flakes?

Luxture Flakes is a multi-colored texture coating supplied as a triple-pack system for consistent quality and easy application:

• Pack A – Dry Flakes: China clay + primarily inorganic pigments in a pure acrylic medium with special additives
• Pack B – Flakes Bonding Agent: Pure acrylic co-polymer emulsion with fungicides and selected additives
• Pack C – Protective Clear Top Coat: Choose TC-500 (water-based) or TC-1000 (solvent-based) for enhanced weather resistance

Where Can You Use It?

Ideal for absorbent substrates such as cement plaster, gypsum board, and woodwork. Suitable for interior and exterior walls, and can be applied over already painted surfaces after standard surface preparation.

Recommended Application Process (Pro Workflow)

1. Primer
   Apply one coat of Flexo-Prime, color-matched to your chosen flakes. Let it dry as per label.
2. Flakes Coat (0.5–1.25 mm)
   Mix Pack A (dry flakes) + Pack B (bonding agent) + clean water as directed.
   Trowel onto the surface to a uniform thickness and allow ~24 hours to dry.
3. Top Coat for Weather Resistance
   Apply TC-500 (water-based) or TC-1000 (solvent-based) in 2–3 coats.
   This locks in color, improves cleanability, and boosts UV/weather resistance.

Coverage & Thickness

• At 0.8 mm thickness, one unit covers ~140–150 sq ft (13–14 m²).
